Ordering
You can place your order on our website or by telephone using your credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or Discover), PayPal, or by sending us your Purchase Order by regular mail or e-mail as a PDF file. Please do not send us a fax of your P.O. Minimum order: $10.00.
Shipping
All orders received before 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day by USPS or UPS. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day.
Returns
All our orders are 100% guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied in any way, please contact us to arrange a return or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
